Deposit: a £50 per item non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date.
Payments: you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance, which is due 4 weeks prior to the event. For your convenience, payments can be taken directly by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Cancellations: should you need to cancel your event, to recover costs we will charge 50% of the total balance if cancellation is within 8 weeks of the event and 100% of the total within 4 weeks of the event.
Travel: travel is only included in our package deal within a 30 minute radius of our HQ and at certain ‘preferred supplier’ venues, but is not included in the individual product prices. We can travel across the UK subject to availability and reasonable additional mileage charges, agreed in advance.
Breakages: if you or your guests break any glassware, we will require a one-off payment of £25 per item. There will be additional charges if you or your guests break the magic mirror.
Quantities: we allow 100-150g of sweets per guest dependent on your chosen sweet package. We provide unlimited prints for up to 200 guests with our magic mirror, additional numbers will be charged extra.
Ingredients & Allergies: we will provide you with ingredients and allergy information for all sweets. We cannot guarantee that sweets have not come into contact with nuts and there will be a sign stating this on the sweet cart/table buffet.
Hygiene: all glassware, tongs and scoops are washed thoroughly between events and all sweets are handled hygienically with disposable gloves, clean tongs and scoops.
Insurance: we have Public and Product Liability Insurance, a copy of our certificate will be provided upon request.
